I have baby fever. But not for having kids of my own- just for other people’s babies. For a few hours at a time. So like… I have babysitting fever. Which is perfect come the holiday season because holidays mean family gatherings, and family gatherings often mean BABIES!
We’ve been in Roanoke for the past few days to celebrate Thanksgiving with my Granny and Pawpaw and my mom’s side of the family, and yesterday we headed in Narrows to have the traditional lunch/dinner/supper thing with everyone. My uncle Tom and his family live in New York City so we don’t see them as often as we’d like, and this year they have a new addition: ZOE! Matt and I got to babyfeversit her and her brother Finn for a couple of hours yesterday morning and I think I’m smitten.
Image all the way to the right: SEE? Babyfeversitting!

Happy Friday!

Looks like a great get together! In our house, we treat the word “baby” like a bad word… we say, “shhh!!! don’t say the B word!!” lol. I babysit a lot, so, I don’t have any sort of baby fever. I love kiddos, but, I am around them a ton!
Hope that you had a truly wonderful Thanksgiving, Abby 🙂
What great pictures to remind us all of what a wonderful treasure our family truly is. Thanksgiving is so special when we all gather together. Thank you for the lovely pictures. Love you!
Abby, your photos, as usual, are great. It was such a good Thanksgiving holiday and having family here with us was beyond description. Thanks for being a part of a wonderful weekend and thanks for the photos.
