Waylon and Ashley are one of those sweet couples that make everyone around them jealous. The way he looks at her, how her face lights up when she sees him, the way they take care of each other and know what’s best for their family. Their images have some of the sweetest expressions of any wedding I’ve ever seen.

I had the pleasure of photographing their wedding three weeks ago, and it was nothing but amazing. Their ceremony and reception both took place at the Historic Kinloch, one of the most gorgeous venues I’ve ever shot. The sweeping green fields, huge oaks trees and delicate willows were the perfect backdrop for a wedding.

The day started out at the hair salon… Historic Kinloch Plantation WeddingHistoric Kinloch Plantation WeddingHistoric Kinloch Plantation WeddingHistoric Kinloch Plantation WeddingHistoric Kinloch Plantation WeddingHistoric Kinloch Plantation Wedding

Ashley’s grandfather walked her down the aisle. This is his reaction to seeing her for the first time in her dress.

Emma, Ashley and Waylon’s daughter, tugged on Ashley’s dress and said “so pretty, Mommy!”

Emma wasn’t really into the whole “family portraits” thing.

Could this couple be any more attractive?

I don’t know why I love this image, but I do.

I love watching kids with bubbles! The image on the right is possibly one of my favorites from the whole day.

Waylon, Ashley and Emma, thank you so much for allowing me to come into your lives and spend the most important day of your lives with you. It was a beautiful event and I was blessed to have been a part of it. I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the Riviera Maya!

Love,

Abby
