Morgan’s first email had me totally smitten with these two, well before I had the chance to meet them in person. Both she and Miles are incredibly intentional, and are the epitome of a couple who desires a marriage more beautiful than their wedding day (though I’m sure the day will be gorgeous as well!). They’re kind, considerate and thoughtful, and seeing them together during their engagement session made me so EXCITED to be the one who gets to capture the beginning of their marriage!

We settled on UVA as the backdrop for their portraits, as Morgan’s currently a student and Miles is an alumnus, and I loved exploring a few corners of the campus that I hadn’t seen before! From beginning to end, these two made my job so very easy, and we couldn’t have asked for a better evening.

Morgan & Miles, you cannot imagine how much I’m looking forward to December! Every interaction with you both has been laced with such grace, and I’m honored to have had the chance to capture just a slice of that in a place that means so much to you both. I’ll see you both in just a few short months!
